The remaining balance is due after your agency has reviewed and approved the prepared document scans. The prepayment and total fee are shown in the price table.
What if a refusal is caused by your documents?+
If a refusal is confirmed to result from documents we prepared, you can choose a refund of the case fee or a replacement document package for another candidate, under the agreed case terms.
